Some of the things we do:
Chinese New Year
We celebrated Chinese New Year by dressing up in Chinese costumes, making spring rolls and decorating Chinese dragons.
Baking for Pudsey Bear
We baked muffins in cute Pudsey bear cases to raise money for Children in Need. We all had a go at stirring and spooning the gooey mixture into the cases. Our families will get to enjoy these tasty treats in return for a donation to this fantastic cause. We’ve also used felt spots to make Pudsey eye-patches
Leaf prints, sparkly firework pictures and making pumpkin plates are some of the activities we’ll be doing. We’ll sing ‘Dingle Dangle Scarecrow’ and hunt for pinecones.
We often have themes such as mini-beasts. We look at spiders, ants, ladybirds, flies, worms, snails, and wasps - creatures that we call minibeasts.
